Function:

Ready-to-use refractory standard based on alkaline silicates and asbestos-free refractory charges:

Assembly of heating equipment, installation of heating boilers.

Assembly of refractory bricks in furnaces, repair of cracks.

Installation of chimneys, drinks, heating holders.

Preparation:

Material: Metal brushing and dusting.

Cast iron/metal: Clean with a lab abrasive, degrease with an alcohol-based degreaser and wipe with a clean cloth.

For better adhesion, first chew surfaces with a 90% cal/10% water mixture. In any case, porous surfaces should be moistened before use.

Instructions for use:

Do not use when the temperature is lower than +5°C or higher than +40°C.

Spread the product on the parts to be joined or blunt cracks and voids until it runs out.

After applying approx. Allow to dry for 48 hours, then gradually attach to the temperature without touching the flame.

Material cleaning:

The material is cleaned with water (if possible, warm).

Adhesion is not optimal until the material is heat treated.
