Ready-to-use fireproof sealant. Based on alkaline silicates and asbestos-free refractory sealants.

Installation of heating devices, connecting elements of heating boilers.

Masonry of refractory bricks in fireplaces, repair of cracks.

Fireplace chimneys, branch pipes, heat regenerator, etc. i.e. installation.

Drying time: the recommended drying time is 48 hours. against a gradually increasing temperature. It dries slowly in air (depending on thickness, temperature and relative humidity) and hardens under the influence of temperature.

Temperature resistance – 1300 °C

Adhesion - Excellent adhesion to cast iron, cement, firebrick, stainless steel, steel. For optimal adhesion, the material must be burned.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Preparation

Stone and brickwork: clean with metal brush and dust.

Cast iron/metals: clean with abrasives, degrease with alcohol and wipe with a clean cloth.

To ensure better adhesion, pre-lubricate the masticated surface with the following mixture: 90% CALORYGEB and 10% water. In any case, it is recommended to moisten porous surfaces before applying the product.

Usage

Depending on the supports used, allow to dry for approximately 48 hours. Then gradually increase the temperature, avoiding contact with the flame.

Cleaning tools

Tools are cleaned with water (hot if possible).

Advice

In order for the tool to serve better, smooth its surface in the box and close the lid after use.

Storage

Store at a temperature from +5°С to +30°С inclusive. At a temperature of 20 °C, the product has a shelf life of 18 months in a closed original packaging.

Notes

Constant storage of the product at a higher temperature can change its properties. The product must not be used in contact with water or in conditions of high humidity; for large diameters (>several mm) and technical connections (eg heavy elements subject to impact or vibration).

The product is not suitable for joints of glass or enameled supports.

Mastic deposits may occur. In this case, remove the settled liquid or mix the product again before use.

! Information on the danger of the chemical mixture: Signal word: ATTENTION! Use protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. If, during special processing (polishing, sawing,...), dust is formed, it can have an irritating effect when inhaled. Irritating to the skin. SKIN CONTACT: Rinse with plenty of soap and water. If a doctor's help is needed: take the package with the warning signs with you. Protect from children. Transfer the unnecessary product to the relevant hazardous waste transfer point.
