Water flow through a faucet can be affected by a number of things, from the proper operation of the water supply system and normal water pressure, to debris in the aerator or spout, which does not allow water to flow at full volume. The easiest way to rule out problems with the water supply system and too little water pressure is to observe how other water supply sources in your home work, for example another faucet in the bathroom. If the water jet is satisfactory for another faucet, it means that the cause of the problem should be looked for elsewhere. If the water pressure is also unsatisfactory elsewhere in the home, we recommend contacting a professional plumber. However, the most commonly observed cause of reduced water flow is aerator scaling. To fix this problem, remove the aerator by unscrewing it from the faucet spout and clean the aerator of all debris and limescale. No aerator lasts forever and there is natural wear and tear, so you may need to purchase a new aerator to fully restore your faucet to its original functionality.

We do not recommend using abrasive cleaning agents, but use clean water and a cotton cloth. The use of cleaning agents containing phosphoric acid, formic acid, acetic acid and chlorine-containing acids, including hydrochloric acid, is highly undesirable, as they can cause irreversible damage to the faucet's chrome coating.
WHICH FAUCET IS THE SAFEST FOR A FAMILY WITH CHILDREN?
When it comes to Magma faucets, any faucet is safe. For a family with children, it would be advisable to take important precautions by not leaving the faucet handle turned on hot mode. When choosing a shower faucet, we start using a shower set with a thermostat, where the temperature is set at 38° C, which can protect children from accidents. The temperature can be increased by pressing the button.
