The products comply with LVS EN standards, which is confirmed by the Inspecta Latvia certificate of conformity.

The company has civil liability insurance.

Warranty obligations come into force when the cash register receipt for the purchase of the given product is presented. Warranty obligations are canceled in the following cases:

1) If the buyer cannot present a receipt or warranty card

2) If there is dirt or a foreign object inside the faucet

3) If unauthorized repairs have been made to the product.

4) If the installation and use regulations are not followed.

The warranty does not apply to parts subject to natural wear and tear:

  • rubber seals,
  • for plastic products,
  • shower fittings,
  • handsets,
  • switches.

If material claims are made, the seller or a representative of the distributor company must be invited to dismantle the faucet in order to establish compliance with the installation and use regulations.

Warranty period: 5 years from the date of sale.
