Shipping time depends on product stock in our warehouse. Stock and shipping time is indicated on every product page.

In-stock products in Riga are delivered in 2-3 business days. In other cities delivery can take up to 3-5 business days.

Under the influence of various circumstances, the delivery time may change, and the client will be informed in time.

Products on backorder are delivered in 2-4 weeks and their shipping time is shown on every product page.

Delivery is carried out by courier service, to the door of the house. Upon receipt of the goods, carefully inspect the goods in the presence of the courier. Claims about physical condition are accepted only at the time of receipt of the goods.

Courier delivery cost in Riga: 6.90 EUR for orders less than 700 EUR, free delivery for orders from 700 EUR and above.

Courier delivery cost in major cities: from 11.90 EUR.

Courier delivery cost in other areas: from 13.60 EUR.

Delivery cost to Omniva parcel machine: from 3.60 EUR. Omniva delivery available only for goods below 30kg and 64 x 39 x 38 cm. For large and heavy goods, choose a different delivery method or receive in MAGMA showroom.

Receiving an order at the MAGMA showroom in Riga at Katrīnas dambis 18a is free of charge.

Payment options: by credit card, bank transfer or online banking, using PayPal or Paysera. You can also pay on delivery, by payment cards or in cash (except for delivery to the parcel stores).

About "magma.money". magma.money is a cumulative discount which customer can use to pay for the product in the magma.lv online store.

  • 1 magma.money unit = 1 euro. The minimum refund amount in magma.money is equal to €0.01.
  • magma.money can be received by all registered magma.lv online store users.
  • If you have accumulated magma.money, you will see how much you have accumulated when placing an order.
  • You cannot use a discount code or free shipping code together with magma.money.
  • magma.money is valid for 365 days from the day it is allocated.
  • Depending on the product, magma.money can cover up to 100% of the purchase value.

You can find detailed information about available magma.money in your profile in the "magma.money" section.

Every time you make purchases in the magma.lv online store, you will collect 10% of the value of the product in magma.money, if this information is indicated on the relevant product page.

In the case of fraud (including if the terms of the promotion or the terms of use of the website are not observed), SIA MAGMA reserves the right to cancel the magma.money allocated, unilaterally terminate the purchase and sale agreement and cancel the registration in this e-store without an additonal warning. In such cases, SIA MAGMA has the right to demand compensation for the incurred losses.

If the buyer returns the goods using his consumer's right to refuse the goods, spent magma.money will be refunded within 14 days.

II. MAGMA.LV TERMS OF USE

1. General terms of use of the website magma.lv

1.1. Before using the website www.magma.lv of SIA "MAGMA" (registration No. 40003284410, address - Katrīnas dambis 18A, Riga, LV-1045), please carefully read these terms of use (hereinafter - the Terms) and the Privacy Policy. The website magma.lv is the website created by SIA "MAGMA", the internet address of which is www.magma.lv, with all the information and materials contained therein.

1.2. By visiting the website www.magma.lv or using the information about goods and services placed on the website www.magma.lv, you personally or the legal entity you represent, if acting on its behalf, agree to these Terms. By performing activities on the website www.magma.lv, it is considered that you have read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1.3. Without agreeing to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, further use of the website www.magma.lv is not possible.

1.4. SIA "MAGMA" has the right to unilaterally change the magma.lv content, Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes take effect after their publication on the website www.magma.lv.

1.5. SIA "MAGMA" has the right to change the prices indicated on the website magma.lv and/or create new paid services at any time.

1.6. The images of the products viewed in the online store www.magma.lv may slightly differ from the offered product. To clarify or specify the features of the product or to avoid uncertainties related to its ordering, please contact magma.lv by e-mail: eveikals@magma.lv, tel. 27803855 or 67790700.

1.7. The user registered on the website www.magma.lv is obliged not to reveal his access data to other persons. If operations with the profile of a registered user are performed on the website magma.lv (incl. goods and/or services orders) using the registered profile, then it is considered that the operations in the particular profile have been performed by the registered user himself.

1.8. In case of uncertainties about filling document forms posted on the www.magma.lv website, please contact SIA "MAGMA" electronically or by phone.

1.9. To correct input errors made during the order, it is necessary to contact SIA "MAGMA" by phone (27803855 or 67790700) or send an e-mail: eveikals@magma.lv.

2. Using magma.lv services

2.1. Misuse or abusive usage of information posted on the magma.lv website is not allowed, incl. information republishing or usage for commercial purposes, unless the written permission of SIA "MAGMA" has been received. SIA "MAGMA" is allowed to interrupt or terminate the provision of services if Terms of Use compliance is not ensured during the order.

2.2. To make changes to the registered order, which is incomplete, you can by writing an e-mail to eveikals@magma.lv or contacting SIA "MAGMA" by calling: 27803855 or 67790700.

2.3. SIA "MAGMA", detecting errors and/or inaccuracies in the prices or descriptions of the products on the www.magma.lv website, has the right to unilaterally cancel the distance agreement if the payment for the specific product has not been made. As an exception, the distance agreement can be cancelled when ordered product is not available; due to excessive loss suffered by one or the other party; due to late payment for the goods and in other cases specified in the corresponding regulations.

3. Usage and confidentiality of data entered on the magma.lv website

3.1. You should first read the Privacy Policy regarding the use of general data.

3.2. SIA "MAGMA" informs that by entering your e-mail address, you agree that your e-mail is included in the database and can be used for notifications/reminders about incomplete orders on www.magma.lv website.

3.3. SIA "MAGMA" is also allowed to send information about news, promotions and discounts on magma.lv and SIA "MAGMA" or SIA "MAGMA" cooperation partners if the corresponding permission was received. You have the right to unsubscribe from receiving any news by unsubscribing, clicking on the e-mail link or sending information to e-mail: magma@magma.lv or eveikals@magma.lv.

3.4. If leasing is taken, SIA „MAGMA” is allowed to send the necessary personal data of the client to SIA „Aizdevums.lv”, reg.No.40003468776, legal address: Cēsu iela 31 k-3/4, Rīga, LV-1012, to review the loan application and to make a solvency assessment. You agree that Aizdevums.lv processes your personal data in accordance with the purposes, scope and procedures set out in the Aizdevums.lv Privacy Policy, and confirm that you have read Aizdevums.lv Privacy Policy and understand it. Aizdevums.lv Privacy Policy is available here: https://www.aizdevums.lv/privatuma-politika and at Aizdevums.lv customer service centres. You agree that Aizdevums.lv receives and provides information about your liabilities to the Credit Register of the Bank of Latvia, the State Revenue Service, the Credit Information Bureau, the Maintenance Guarantee Fund, the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs and other institutions that have the statutory right to disclose information to third parties for evaluation purposes.

4. Privacy and copyright protection of the magma.lv website 

4.1. By ordering the product, you agree that the data entered on the magma.lv website can be used by SIA „MAGMA” in accordance with the above-mentioned Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

4.2. By ordering the product, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of delivery.

4.3. By ordering the product, you confirm that you have read and agree to the warranty and return policy.

4.4. By ordering the product, you confirm that you have read and agree to the leasing options and conditions.

5. About magma.lv website terms of use

5.1. Any disputes arising out of or are in connection with these Terms or services will be settled in accordance with the procedures outlined in the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

5.2. Please submit a complaint about the availability or quality of the products by sending it to the following e-mail address - eveikals@magma.lv or to the following address: Riga, Katrīnas dambis 18A, LV-1045. The complaint will be examined within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, sending a reply to the contact address indicated in the complaint. If the submitted complaint is found to be unfounded and you do not agree, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options specified in regulations and laws of the Republic of Latvia by submitting a written application to the seller for out-of-court dispute resolution, indicating:

5.2.1. name, surname, contact information;

5.2.2. the date of submission;

5.2.3. the nature of the dispute, the claim and your arguments.

5.3. All intellectual property rights in relation to the website www.magma.lv belong exclusively to SIA "MAGMA". In case of violation of these rights, the guilty person is called to liability in accordance with regulatory enactments, as well as is fully responsible for all losses that are caused or could be caused to SIA "MAGMA" and third parties.

5.4. SIA "MAGMA" contact details can be found in "Contacts" section.

6. Documents confirming the goods purchased on magma.lv website

6.1. In cases when the customer pays and receives the order at SIA "MAGMA" point of sale, the following documents confirming the purchase of the product are issued:

6.1.1. till receipt or invoice;

6.1.2. warranty card (if required).

6.2. In cases when the ordered product is delivered to the address specified by the customer, the document confirming the purchase is the invoice.

6.3. The authorized person of SIA “MAGMA” is indicated on the invoice, whose name and surname are equivalent to the signature of the said person, and the document is valid without a signature.

6.4. SIA "MAGMA" does not store copies of distance agreements made in the online store.

6.5. The fact that the customer has received the product is confirmed by:

6.5.1. customer's signature on the document (upon receipt of the ordered product in the office of SIA "MAGMA");

6.5.2. customer's signature on the courier electronic terminal (upon receipt of the ordered product with courier delivery);

6.5.3. entered customer's code at the parcel terminal (upon receipt at the parcel terminal).

6.6. Claims that the order has not been delivered after the receipt of the order has been confirmed by one of the methods described in the previous paragraph are not accepted.

7. Warranty of goods purchased on the magma.lv website 

7.1. All goods purchased from magma.lv have a manufacturer's warranty.

7.2. Information about the manufacturer's warranty period for each specific product can be found in the product description or you can ask the customer consultant of SIA "MAGMA".

7.3. The right to file a claim is valid if the product was used only in the intended conditions. For legal entities other than the Consumer, only the warranty period specified by the Manufacturer is provided.

7.4. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty are valid if the customer can submit:

7.4.1. a document confirming the purchase (check, invoice);

7.4.2. the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card (if included xin the package).

7.5. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty do not apply if damage was caused by the fault of the customer or user, including:

7.5.1. the product has damage to warranty seals, serial numbers;

7.5.2. the product has not been used for its intended purposes and has not been operated as specified in the instructions of the product;

7.5.3. scratched, broken structures, product maintained incorrectly or has any traces that indicate incorrect usage of the product;

7.5.4. if the damage is caused by rapid temperature fluctuations, as well as other domestic and external factors, such as soot, smoke, dust, humidity, shocks, scratches;

7.5.5. if the product has traces of unqualified repairs;

7.5.6. in cases of natural wear of elements;

7.5.7. if non-standard accessories and spare parts have been used for the product and if it has caused damage to the product;

7.5.8. if the product has been used by the customer for production or professional purposes (in case the specific product is not intended for such purposes);

7.5.9. the warranty does not work if the damage has occurred as a result of incorrect transportation or installation of the goods.

7.6. In case the product is damaged, the customer has the following options:

7.6.1. go to the service center indicated in the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card (taking with you the document confirming the purchase and the warranty card);

7.6.2. go to the SIA "MAGMA" office in Riga, Katrīna dambis 18A, on business days from 9.00 to 19.00 (taking with you a document confirming the purchase and a warranty card);

7.6.3. reach us by phone 27803855 or 67790700, and SIA "MAGMA" employee will suggest the best solution available.

III. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal

1.1. A natural person has the right to withdraw from the distance contract (order made) within 14 (fourteen) days, without stating the reason.

1.2. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day the customer (or the person indicated by the customer) has received the goods.

1.3. To use the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform SIA "MAGMA", legal address Katrīnas dambis 18A, Rīga, LV-1045, phone numbers: 27803855 or 67790700, e-mail address: eveikals@magma.lv or magma@magma.lv about the decision to withdraw from the distance contract (see the sample of the form posted on the website of SIA “MAGMA” www.magma.lv).

1.4. Application to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to SIA “MAGMA” before the right of withdrawal expiration date.

2. Consequences of the withdrawal

2.1. By withdrawing from the distance contract, the customer will be refunded by SIA “MAGMA” for all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs, unless the customer was offered the opportunity to receive the goods free of charge at SIA “MAGMA” place at Katrīnas dambis 18A, Riga. Refund will be made no later than within 14 days from the day when SIA "MAGMA" has received the product back.

2.2. The customer must deliver the goods to the SIA "MAGMA" at Katrīnas dambis 18A, Riga, as soon as possible, but in any case not later than within 14 days from the day when the withdrawal from the distance contract was announced. It is also allowed to send the goods within the mentioned term to the specified address of SIA "MAGMA".

2.3. The goods are inspected at the time of their acceptance, and the visual damage of the product and inconsistencies in the contents of the package are recorded. In cases when SIA "MAGMA" will discover damage to the product or non-compliance of the product with the visual condition and package contents, then a statement of the establishment will be made, a copy of which will be handed to the customer.

2.4. During the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer has the right to use the product as much as needed to verify the nature, characteristics and performance of the product (same way as before the purchase in the regular offline store). By exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the use of the product beyond what is intended to test the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The customer is responsible for the use of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the reduction of the value, quality and safety of the product.

2.5. The customer must cover the direct costs of returning the goods if any. The maximum cost could be around € 20. These include not only the delivery to SIA "MAGMA" but also damaged original packaging.

2.6. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the concluded distance contract within 14 days (except for the cases specified in Clause 3), covering:

2.6.1. expenses for the delivery of goods, which is not the cheapest standard delivery method offered by SIA "MAGMA";

2.6.2. direct costs of returning the goods, except in cases when SIA “MAGMA” has agreed to cover these costs or has not informed the customer that such costs have been incurred.

3. When the customer cannot use the right of withdrawal

3.1. In the cases specified in Paragraph 22 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 “Regulations regarding Distance Contracts”, including if:

3.1.1. the client is a legal entity;

3.1.2. the goods are made according to the customer's instructions or are personalized;

3.1.3. the product expires soon (if it was known at the time of purchase);

3.1.4. the product, due to its properties, will be permanently mixed with other things after delivery;

3.1.5. the seller performed urgent repairs or maintenance at the customer's request. However, the right of withdrawal applies to the replaced goods if they are different from the changed/repaired ones.

3.2. The withdrawal application can be sent in Latvian, Russian or English. Forms need to use your right of withdrawal have been posted on the magma.lv website.

3.3. SIA "MAGMA" informs that upon discovering that returned goods have lost some of their value, SIA "MAGMA" may apply to the court with a claim to cover the losses caused to SIA "MAGMA" as a result of the customer's actions.

IV. PRIVACY POLICY

SIA "MAGMA" considers it important to protect the privacy of website visitors. The company SIA "MAGMA" undertook to use the submitted personal data in the interests of the client and to store them in good faith.

SIA "MAGMA" can collect and store:

  • personal information, name, surname, delivery address, date of birth, e-mail and telephone number,
  • company name, registration number and registered office,
  • billing information, such as the credit card number and billing address required to process your order,
  • lists of the customer's desired products, order and activity history,
  • customer communication history with us,

SIA "MAGMA" does not associate the user's IP address with data that allows to identify this user. This means that each user's session will be registered, but the user of the website www.magma.lv will remain anonymous. The data will be used without a time limit, or for a shorter period if the consent is revoked. No other types of data are collected and processed.

We use this information to:

  • process customer orders and payments,
  • ensure security during the use of the website and payments,
  • send the customer's order confirmation and other information related to the order,
  • send requested information about our goods,
  • answer customer questions,
  • administer magma.lv client account,
